Welcome to RideIQ. By using this website you agree to the terms below.

1. Service

RideIQ is a search engine that aggregates and translates used-car listings from third-party Dutch sources. We are not a seller and make no warranties about the accuracy or availability of the information shown.

2. Use

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated access (scraping, API extraction, bulk downloading) is not permitted without written consent.

3. Accounts and payment

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partially-used periods unless required by law.

4. Liability

RideIQ is not liable for the content of third-party listings or for damages arising from use of the service. The translations and enrichments we provide are a best-effort aid, not a substitute for verifying a car in person before purchase.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
